Hi, I'm Sarah a registered nutritional therapist

(dipCNM, mBANT, rCNHC, rANP).

After experiencing first-hand the healing power of nutrition for my own IBS symptoms and helping me navigate early menopause and support my children with eczema and allergies, I became passionate about helping everyone to be as well as they can possibly be and once my children started school I retrained as a nutritional therapist undertaking a 3 year diploma programme with the College of Naturopathic medicine. My aim is to help you feel great by understanding what are the right food and lifestyle choices for you. This isn’t about depriving yourself, its finding the balance that enables you to thrive.

I support children and adults of all ages who are experiencing any health issues or are looking to optimise their wellbeing and have a particular interest in child and teen health, female hormonal health and in nutrition to complement sports training and recovery after injury.

I offer one to one consultations, personalised nutrition and lifestyle plans, tailored recipes, supplement and functional testing recommendations (if required) and support and guidance all the way to help build strong foundations for long lasting health improvement.
